These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kisino governing your use of this platform. One Account Per Player

Clause 1.4 — Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kisino and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use kisino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account on the platform.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. kisino strictly enforces the 18+ minimum age requirement. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or wager on kisino.

kisino employs Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification. Any account determined to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended. Any balance on the account at the time of suspension will be forfeited. kisino may report underage gambling attempts to relevant authorities where required.

Account Registration & Security
To access kisino's full range of services — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Information Required at Registration
kisino requires the following information to open an account: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address, a Bangladesh mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS OTP messages, your date of birth, and a chosen username and password. You may also be asked for your residential address within Bangladesh.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. kisino strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other website or application. Your password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. kisino applies mandatory SMS OTP two-factor authentication for all logins from unrecognised devices or locations, providing an additional layer of protection for your account.
kisino will never contact you to request your password, SMS OTP code, or any full payment card number. Any communication purporting to be from kisino that requests this information should be treated as a fraudulent phishing attempt. Report suspected phishing to [email protected] immediately.
Account Accuracy and Updates
It is your responsibility to keep your registered account information accurate and up to date. If your email address, phone number, or residential address changes, you must update your account details promptly. kisino cannot be held responsible for failed communications, missed withdrawal verifications, or account access issues arising from outdated account information.
Clause 3.1 — Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. kisino reserves the right to verify any information at any time and to suspend accounts where discrepancies are found.
Clause 3.2 — Password Responsibility
You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account credentials. kisino is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
Clause 3.3 — KYC Verification
kisino may require documentary verification (National ID, passport, proof of address) at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of request may be restricted or closed.
Clause 3.4 — One Account Rule
Each player is entitled to one account only. kisino uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and KYC cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations. All duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Currency and Exchange
All account balances, bets, and transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kisino does not support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT, your payment provider's prevailing exchange rate will apply and kisino takes no responsibility for any resulting currency conversion costs.

Sports betting results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant sporting event. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, kisino's sports betting rules — published separately — will apply to all affected wagers.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
kisino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for Suspension or Closure by kisino
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited gameplay software.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Account holder determined to be under 18 years of age.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitating closure.
Voluntary Account Closure by Player
